If you need to return equipment for any reason, please see this page for instructions.
The link below will download a small executable [.exe] program to permit LaserLinc support staff to log into your system to aid in troubleshooting. If your Total Vu™ PC has web access, you can establish a secure remote connection while maintaining phone contact.
If your Total Vu PC does not have web access, please call for support.
