UltraLock Setup Process

UltraLock works on single and multi-layer products and can be activated with a simple button on the TotalVu desktop.

With UltraLock you can:

  • Reduce the complexity of ultrasonic measurement without reducing your control over the system.
  • Quickly and automatically set software parameters to ensure accurate and reliable measurement.
  • Produce settings that allow for variation in the product's size—no need to repeat the UltraLock process just because the product size changes during a production run.
