Chris Jemo Joins LaserLinc as Director of Culture and People

FAIRBORN, OH – April 24, 2025 – LaserLinc has appointed Chris Jemo as Director of Culture and People. In this role, he will lead efforts to enhance workplace culture, boost employee satisfaction, and promote professional development.

With extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Jemo has a track record of building high-performing teams and implementing successful engagement programs. His responsibilities will include designing employee development initiatives, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards.
