NPE 2024 Giveaway Terms & Conditions​

  • LaserLinc will be giving away one (1) Black Yeti 8 Hopper Flip Soft Cooler (known as the "Prize"), one (1) LaserLinc branded Tumbler, and one (1) $1,500.00 LaserLinc incentive for a discount on a new FlawSense system from LaserLinc at the NPE 2024 exhibition. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • All entries must be received in the LaserLinc booth during the show hours of 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST on Monday, May 6, Tuesday, May 7, and Wednesday, May 9. You must follow and abide by submission rules at the booth in order to enter the giveaway. One (1) winner will be selected at random by LaserLinc staff each that the giveaway event is running (Monday, May 6, Tuesday, May 7, and Wednesday, May 8) at 4:00 PM EST. The winner must be present to claim the prize. If the winner is absent from the drawing, the prize will be awarded to another winner.
  • The LaserLinc $1,500.00 incentive must be used to purchase a new FlawSense system from LaserLinc. The incentive is redeemable for all qualified purchasers who are already a FlawSense prospect for up to 90 days from the date of the received prize and no later than one year for new FlawSense prospects from the date of the received prize. The $1,500.00 USD LaserLinc initiative will be valued at no more or no less than $1,500.00 US dollars.
  • No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway promotion.
  • Entrants are not required to participate in a product demonstration as a condition of entering the giveaway.
  • LaserLinc employees are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. By submitting your business card, you confirm that you have read and agree to this rule.
  • The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered in the giveaway.
  • LaserLinc will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. LaseLinc takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, LaserLinc's liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost of the Prize(s) in question.  Costs covered do not include the Gift Card.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
  • The name, company, title, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to LaserLinc to be eligible to win the Prize, in the form of a business card.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond LaserLinc's reasonable control, LaserLinc reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • LaserLinc's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner agrees that his or her name and social media username may be posted on LaserLinc's LinkedIn and YouTube pages after the winner has been selected.
